Summary
Dodge has done it again: Eight years after breaking the rules for pickups, Dodge redesigned its Ram and reasserted itself as a top contender among full-size trucks. The 2003 Dodge Ram remains stylish and highly capable. It's also comfortable.Quad Cab models offer a brilliant combination of comfort and utility. Regular Cab versions are far roomier than they used to be, and are thoughtfully set up to accommodate gear behind the seat.

| 2003 Dodge Ram Van 1500 consumer reviews: | | | | overall rating | | | value | | | comfort | | | reliability | |
| | I love this truck. The gas mileage could be better, but I knew this when I bought it. The V6 is not quite big enough for this truck, but it is acceptable. The seats seem to set up a little high in the front. On long trips, it would be nice to be able to lower it. | | posted by Rick on Dec 04 2007 | | |

| | It handles very well. For a truck this size, the turn pattern is tight. This truck has not given me any problem whatsoever and I would recommend you get one. I've had mine 2 years and still love driving it. :) | | posted by Kallak on Dec 04 2007 | | |

| | This is a nice truck. The interior is well planned, and it has decent storage behind the seats. The ride is smooth, and the power is good. No mechanical problems at all so far. This is my first truck, and I plan on driving it for several years. | | posted by Ari Rigo on Dec 04 2007 | | |

| | So far, a very reliable truck. It drives much smoother than you would expect from a full size pickup. The cab room is great for a regular cab and is very comfortable. A little better mileage would be nice, but it is a truck so I wasn't expecting much. Overall, I'm very pleased with it so far. | | posted by Draven on Dec 04 2007 | | |
