Summary
There's no denying that the Ford Edge is a striking vehicle. Some might criticize it for not having three rows of seats but that fact makes for a much more practical and pleasant five-seater. The Edge is a far more efficient all-round vehicle than traditional SUVs. Opt for all-wheel drive and you've got a great all-year-round car as well.NewCarTestDrive.com correspondent John Rettie test drove the Ford Edge in and around San Francisco.

| | I love everything about my Edge. The handling, comfort and ride is excellent. I don't think we could ave picked a better car. I will recommend it to anyone.. Test drive it anytime. | | posted by Kemat on Apr 03 2007 | | |

| | Large moonroof and smooth ride, great gas mileage too. If you are looking for a family vehicle but don't want a minivan or full size SUV, Edge is it. The expansive sunroof is a great feature. Multiple airbags everywhere make safety a strong suit as well. | | posted by Ulysses on Apr 17 2007 | | |

| | The overall feel of quality is remarkable. This vehicle is smoother, quieter, and faster. The panoramic roof is awesome! But still I am little disappointed in the fuel mileage. Please do something to improve interior quality, and a manual shift 6-speed automatic would also be great. | | posted by Duwand on Aug 14 2007 | | |
