Summary
The Audi TT has been re-engineered for 2008 and Audi has done a fine job of updating it. The 2008 model is dynamically superior to it predecessor and its edgier looks are already making the last model seem old. Midwestern buyers can use the car all year thanks to available all-wheel drive. The hatchback coupe offers cargo versatility while the roadster offers top-down fun. If you're looking for a sporty weekend toy, or even a year round sports car, make sure the 2008 TT is on your shopping list. Be careful about how you outfit your TT, though, because prices rise quickly with options.NewCarTestDrive.com correspondent Kirk Bell filed this report from Chicago.

| | There is a good sized trunk, and the inside is open and comfortable. Steering feels great, and the car is very smooth at speeds at and above 100 mph. | | posted by Joshua on Jan 28 2008 | | |

| | This is my first European car, and so far it has exceeded my high expectations. The interior is composed of high quality materials and a soothing variety of textures and finishes. The controls are all at your fingertips and easy to operate. It also has very decent cargo capacity that is actually accessible. | | posted by O. Teoma on Mar 06 2008 | | |

| | Audi TT is a great car. The styling is very pleasing to the eye and I can understand the concept of fit and finish after driving this vehicle. Finally, the engine sounds and feels powerful! | | posted by Billy Lee on Mar 22 2008 | | |

| | First Audi I have owned and I am impressed. It's quick, nimble, but comfortable and accomodating. Ultra-sensual looks with the top down. Brilliant engine/transmission combo (2.0T with DSG). Fairly quiet ride for a ragtop with taut suspension. Strongly recommended for all. | | posted by Alexander James on Apr 20 2008 | | |

| | I do not like that the tire pressure button is so close to the driver. I have pressed it before and I thought I needed a new run flat! Other than that, it is stunning and perfect for my lifestyle. Great styling. Love the sport-shift mode. Power is excellent. | | posted by Steven Randy on Jul 25 2008 | | |
