Summary
The all-new 2007 Nissan Altima is a midsize car with the performance and feel of a luxury sedan, at least in the model with the V6 engine and options. The basic models come with a strong four-cylinder engine. The Altima is roomier, safer, more comfortable and more economical than before, and has stylish new looks. It's a thorough improvement from top to bottom, inside and out. Based on the track record of Nissan engineering, it would be hard to go wrong with a new Altima.NewCarTestDrive.com correspondent Sam Moses filed this report from San Francisco.

| | Excellent choice of a car for the price. You will not find an auto that looks better, more horse power, and overall good dynamics for the money. The new 2007 Altima also gets great pick-up for a four-cylinder and has excellent gas mileage. | | posted by Rudy on Jan 06 2007 | | |

| | I bought the 2.5 SL package and I love everything about it. It is a nice quality ride with great sound (Bose sound system). It looks sharp and runs even sharper. I've recieve many compliments for its sporty look and great looking interior. I really have no complaints so far. | | posted by Cruz on Mar 03 2007 | | |

| | This car is awesome. The power is great. Nissan blew the competition away with this redesign of the Altima. I love Push button start, CVT, steering wheel mounted audio controls, mirror mounted turn signals, and almost everything... this car is great. | | posted by Vicente on Apr 08 2008 | | |
