About

Alfa Romeo is an Italian automaker founded in 1910. Its name is an acronym for Anonima Lombarda Fabbrica Automobili (which translates as "Lombard Automobile Factory, Public Company"). The first car produced under the Alfa badge was the 1910 24 HP, which raced in the 1911 Targa Florio. Alfa has successfully competed in many motorsport events, including Formula One, Grand Prix, rallies, and more. In 1986 it became part of the Fiat Group. Its current models include the three-door Mito mini car and the Giulietta sedan.
