e've probably all seen someone using the roadside as a restroom during an emergency, but one Florida man got caught on camera with his pants down, and now he's in trouble.
Wayne Cosney, a 45-year-old from Dunedin, stopped by the roadside in Defuniak Springs to defecate, and a passer-by snapped a pic before contacting police.
The investigating officer then found that the car Cosney was driving was stolen. All told, Cosney was charged with DUI, grand theft auto, and indecent exposure.
Remember kids, if you're driving a stolen car, perhaps it's best to not draw any attention to yourself. Just a thought.
Sounds like Cosney had a pretty crappy day.
