f you're going to run from the cops, a Smart ForTwo convertible is probably not the best choice. But that didn't stop one man from trying.

David Wheaton, 49, refused to pull over on August 1, leading police across north and west Houston at speeds up to 92 miles per hour. Frankly, we're a bit stunned Wheaton managed to make it up to 92.

Wheaton was arrested without incident, but neighbors were surprised because Wheaton didn't seem to be a troublemaker to them. Then again, they were shocked that he could fit his 240 lb. frame into the ForTwo.

"I thought it was kind of small for him because he's a big dude," neighbor Tony Lopez told Click2Houston.com. "I used to ask him, 'How do you fit in that car, because you weigh about 240 (pounds)?'"

Wheaton was charged with his third DUI offense, along with felony evading arrest charges.
