ord is unveiling its newest variation on the Explorer, which is dubbed the Sport.

Powered by a 3.5-liter EcoBoost V-6, the Sport puts out 365 horsepower and 360 lb-ft of torque, and Ford is promising 16 mpg city and 22 mpg highway.

The Explorer Sport will also get sportier design cues, 20-inch high-performance tires and wheels. The standard Terrain Management System will be tweaked for increased on-road power and torque, as well in inclement conditions.

Ford is projecting a price of $40,720, not including the $825 destination fee.
