Kia's Hamsters Are Out of the Cage

f you thought that all hamsters did was run around inside of hamster wheels, then you thought wrong.

The newest Kia ad to feature the rambunctious rodents shows them heading back in time to what looks like the Victorian Era, where they disrupt a ballet by showing them some modern dance moves. After that, our heroes hop into a 2013 Kia Soul that appears to be traveling somewhere along the space-time continuum to times unknown.

The spot is called "Bringing Down the House," and it debuted Friday on 18,000 movie screens across the country. It will make its small screen debut during the MTV Movie Awards on September 6th.

We're not sure if the spots make us want a Kia, but we are contemplating picking up a hamster or two at the pet store on the way home.
