National Scavenger Hunt

Chrysler-Dodge has come up with a pretty clever marketing scheme to sell the new 2012 Journey. The company has created a scavenger hunt give-away, and anyone could win one of three new 2012 Dodge Journey crossovers that have been 'placed' across the nation! Check it out!

Dodge has hidden three 2012 Dodge Journey vehicles, one on the west coast, one on the east coast, and one somewhere in the mid-west. The company is using a major TV Ad campaign to inform consumers of the contest, and have already released one commercial announcing the contest. Three more TV spots are set to come, including one for the "West Coast" (debuting Sept. 10), "Midwest" (debuting Sept. 16) and "East" (debuting Sept. 23). These TV spots will aid those taking part in finding the locations of the vehicles, as well as get out the word of the epic give-away.

In addition to the TV Ad campaign, Dodge will be extending the contest through Youtube where people will be able to find clues to the location of the Dodge Journeys hidden throughout the nation. The clues will give people some details on the journey that the Journeys may have taken, and should slowly pin-point the location to excited people.
