ver wanted to do a burnout in a Ferrari? Perhaps on top of an ancient wall in China? Well, one local Chinese Ferrari distributor did just that, and now Ferrari China is apologizing, saying that the incident was unauthorized.

We don't know much else, other than it happened atop a 600-year-old gate that dates back to the Ming Dynasty, and we know it happened in Nanjing.

On the one hand, it is kind of a cool stunt. On the other, well, we don't generally support the disrespectful use of ancient property.

We also know it was caught on camera.

It's an interesting way to sell cars, but we wonder, couldn't the distributor have saved some grief by just using CGI instead of a real car on a real wall?
