About

Buick is a luxury car division of General Motors. It was founded in 1903 and is the oldest active American car make. In the early part of the 20th Century Buick was the most successful car brand. Its success led to the creation of General Motors, which was the creation of Buick executive William C. Durant. Some of the classic Buick cars included the Special, the Super, the Century, and the Roadmaster. Buick maintained its reputation for quality and reliability throughout the 1980s with the Regal and the Riviera, and it continues to be one of General Motors' most popular brands. Current models include the Lacrosse, Enclave, Verano, and the Regal.
