The Cadillac STS-V is a high-performance tuned version of the STS.

The STS-V is powered by a Northstar 469 hp supercharged 4.4-liter V-8 engine mated to a six-speed automatic transmission. It comes standard with suede fabric seat inserts, Oliver Ash Burl wood trim, leather interior, and painted aluminum-alloy wheels. Exterior enhancements include a revised grille; a lower front fascia; brake-cooling ducts; and a new aerodynamic splitter. Safety features that come standard include Four-wheel anti-lock brakes, dual two-stage frontal airbags, front seat mounted side airbags and front-and-rear side curtain airbags.

For 2006, the Cadillac STS-V is a brand new model.
