The Ford Motor Company was founded by Henry Ford in 1903. Henry Ford is known for pioneering the use of moving assembly lines as well as for bringing automobiles to the masses with the Ford Model T. At various times Ford was comprised of the Ford, Lincoln, Mercury, Edsel, Merkur, Jaguar, Aston Martin, Volvo, and Land Rover brands. Throughout its history Ford has produced some of the most iconic vehicles of all time, including the Mustang, the Galaxie, the GT, the Taurus, and many others. Ford's current models include the Focus, the Fusion, the Mustang, the Explorer, the Escape, and the F-150.
