Regardless, one upstate New York woman is facing charges after throwing coffee at a motorist during a road-rage incident. Police say 32-year-old Danielle Barker of Guilderland, NY, tossed a cup of java through the partially open window of a car that had been following the car she'd been riding in too closely.

The incident happened on Interstate 90 (also known as the New York Thruway) near the town of Tyre.

Barker was charged with criminal mischief and harassment while the unidentified driver of the other car was charged with following too closely.

Not only is hot coffee thrown from one moving car to another quite dangerous, it's also a waste of good java. For shame.
