With new apps hitting the store nearly every minute, it can be hard to tell which ones are worth it. Here are a couple of our favorites this week.

hen it comes to apps, it seems like there's a new one every five seconds...and let's be honest, there probably is. But when it comes to the ones that we like, that tends to stay a bit more static. Here are the apps that are most popular among us and the general public this week.
On the iTunes store, the most popular free apps are a game called Flow Free and one called WATCH Disney which is an app that lets you watch Disney shows. Unfortunately, the shows aren't free, and you'll need to log in with your cable account information. As for the game, it's not too bad, but it can get a bit repetetive. A good time-killer, but if you're looking for a captivating game, you might consider looking elsewhere.
5-0 Radio free lets us listen in on police radio signals both in our neighborhoods and around the world.
As for the top paid apps, two games take the cake. Temple Run: Brave is an action-packed game (or so says the description), and Plague Inc. focuses on zombies, the monster du jour.
Around the office, we're enjoying 5-0 Radio Free, which lets us listen in on police radios in our neighborhoods (perfect for finding out where that ambulance that just went blaring down your street is going). You can listen to your own, or pick from a catalog that includes radio streams from all over the world.
We also like Flight Track, which helps us make sure of our travel times so that we don't miss flights. It updates with real-time delays and cancellations, too, so you'll never be left in the dark.
Finally, for its sheer goofiness, we like the Lisa Frank Pic N Share app, which indulges the third-grade-girl in all of us by making it possible to stick on Lisa Frank characters on our own pictures. It's silly, and the free app doesn't include all of the characters, but it's fun for sending pictures to friends.
What are you favorite apps lately?
