There's nothing on the planet that looks quite like the Lexus LC 500 or LC 500h. The luxury coupes in naturally-aspirated V8 and V6 hybrid guise are impeccably crafted, beautifully styled, and truly original both inside and out. Now, Lexus has taken its LC 500 Inspiration Series concept car from last summer and made it a reality. That's right, an even more specialized version will be built for a lucky 100 customers... in eye-catching yellow paint with an interior to match.
The paint is called Flare Yellow, and it's as subtle as it looks. Though we're not huge fans of yellow cars, this one's head-turning in a good way. The exterior of the already daringly-designed LC 500 gets special gloss black 21-inch split-spoke rims to contrast the bright bodywork incredibly well. The same carbon fiber roof and grille from the concept car are also present, lending some nice darkness to the exterior. The colors mate incredibly well and make for the best-looking LC 500 we've seen to date.

The interior is even more stunning than the exterior, in our opinion. The standard LC's cabin is masterful, as it is. Sweeping suede on the door inserts get clad in yellow to mate with the exterior, and even the seat stitching is yellow (though it would've looked better on black seats, frankly).

There's no change to the already potent 5.0-liter naturally-aspirated V8 that throws down 471 horsepower to the rear wheels. 0-60 comes in 4.4 seconds, fast enough to get you into plenty of trouble. The cops will notice you as a yellow streak flashes past them.
You'll have to get in line fast and pony up $106,210 (plus $1,025 freight). The small lot of 100 cars will go on sale in April of this year.
